Beauty of Creation: Raccoon in the forest
Beauty of Creation: a series where we look to take a moment and appreciate the amazing glory of God’s creation.
Raccoon in the forest

This seems to be the week for appreciating the creatures in God’s creation. On Tuesday, we looked at how God’s care extends to the birds of the air in Matthew 6:26. On Wednesday, I briefed you on the premier of the new Discovery program Life which we said will allow us to further appreciate God’s creation. Also this week, we have discovered the great work of Not One Sparrow and its founder Ben DeVries. So I guess it’s only fitting that we explore the beauty of creation as seen in one of God’s precious creatures, the raccoon. My wife took this picture several years ago now as we were out exploring creation while on a trip to Seattle. I am always amazed at these clever animals.
Have you taken a picture that contains a glimpse of God’s glorious creation? Please consider sharing it with our Creation Hope community. Send it to us and we will post it so that others may appreciate the majesty of God’s creation.

God is a wonderful artist and as his people when are entrusted with some of his greatest work. We often forget this but this is a wonderful reminder captured in a moment of tranquility

Thank you for sharing this thought Leigh. I find it helpful to think of God as an artist as you suggest. Good reminder.
