Hi Scott,
I’m very happy to see you interviewed my friend Ben recently. I’m a fairly regular contributor to Not One Sparrow, and keep my own blog, The Christian and Creation. I’m working on a series on humane eating, and would love to quote you. I completely agree with you that “the way we view, treat, and consume animals is a critical component of how we care for God’s creation. ” I’m working hard on forming a Biblical and bullet-proof argument for why Christians (and everyone) should care about they way we consume animals.
